Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Stamford Health Medical Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology and be able to work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions
- Collaborate with attending physicians and staff to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Master's degree in nursing and APRN license in the state of CT
- Previous experience working with cardiology patients highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
