Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiovascular Care Specialist to join our team at Catholic Medical Center. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

About the Role:

This position will involve working collaboratively with cardiologists to deliver high-quality cardiology care and treatment to patients and their families. As a Cardiovascular Care Specialist, you will be responsible for performing clinical duties, including gathering information, interviewing patients, and conducting physical examinations. You will also develop and manage patient plans of care, report information to cardiologists, and document all interactions in the patient's medical record.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering information, interviewing patients, and performing physical examinations
  • Developing and managing patient plans of care
  • Reporting information to cardiologists and formulating differential diagnosis and plan
  • Documenting all interactions in the patient's medical record
  • Performing inpatient, outpatient office, and satellite office assessments, consultations, and follow-up care of patients
  • Contacting patients with follow-up information on abnormal testing

Requirements:

  • Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as an APRN in Massachusetts
  • Experience in cardiology or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per year
