Role Summary

We are committed to delivering the highest quality care to patients across the state. As a Cardiac Rehab Nurse Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic team at the New England Heart & Vascular Institute, one of the top cardiovascular programs in the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients with cardiac conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and support families through their health journey.
  • Develop and execute educational programs to promote cardiovascular wellness and disease prevention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in critical care, cardiac, or cardiac rehabilitation nursing.
  • Current RN registration in New Hampshire and BLS certification required.
  • ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
