Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team as a Behavioral Health Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient health and administer basic care utilizing the nursing process
  • Provide for the basic comfort of patients and implement nursing interventions identified in the plan of care
  • Discuss the care provided with patients and listen to their concerns
  • Keep records on patient health and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and healthcare team members
  • Accurately administer medications and maintain standards of professional nursing practice
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensed LVN in the State of Texas
  • First Aid, CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certification required
