Comfort Keepers - South Shore, Cape & Islands, MA is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team as a Home Health Aide. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to residents in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Daily Activities: Support residents with everyday living tasks, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication management.
- Provide Emotional Support: Offer companionship and social interaction to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and comfort.
- Document Care: Accurately document patient care and progress in our electronic medical record system.
- Certification and Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA or HHA certification preferred.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess a safe driving record and reliable transportation for work-related activities.
- Background Check: Pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
