Role Summary:
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Clinical Fellow in Speech Language Pathology to become a part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will collaborate with a group of professionals to deliver thorough therapy services tailored to our clients' needs.


Incentives:
SLP: $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
CF: Loyalty Bonus of $4,000*


Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed evaluations and assessments for clients facing challenges
  • Design and execute customized treatment plans to tackle specific issues
  • Deliver therapy services to clients with diverse disorders
  • Work in conjunction with other therapy team members to ensure seamless care
  • Keep precise and current records of client progress

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid DORA license
  • Willingness to engage with clients of various ages and diagnoses
  • Availability for after-school hours

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 10-hour shifts
  • No weekend work

Employment Type:

  • Full-time
  • In-person
Compensation:
  • CF: Starting at $64,000 annually, with potential increases upon obtaining CCC's after one year, in addition to the loyalty bonus.
  • SLP: Ranging from $65,000 to $73,000 annually plus a sign-on bonus.

*Loyalty Bonus Details:

  • After completing one year at Straka, a $2,000 loyalty bonus will be awarded.
  • Upon finishing two years, an additional $2,000 loyalty bonus will be granted.
  • If employment is terminated after receiving the one-year bonus but before completing two years, the $2,000 bonus must be reimbursed.
