Position: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Location: Castle Rock, CO

Job Summary:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant at Soliant Health, you will be instrumental in aiding students from kindergarten through 12th grade in overcoming their speech and language obstacles. Your contributions will significantly enhance their academic and social success, creating a profound impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation: Assess students' speech and language skills through standardized assessments and clinical evaluations.
  • Therapeutic Intervention: Develop and execute tailored therapy programs to address various communication disorders.
  • Collaboration: Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster a nurturing environment conducive to student achievement.
  • Record Keeping: Keep comprehensive documentation of student progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Must have or be in the process of acquiring a Colorado SLP license.
  • Certification: ASHA certification is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an educational environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
