We're seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our team, bringing expertise in box office systems, process improvement, and software integration. As a key member of our operations team, you'll optimize partner success and streamline ticketing operations, leveraging your analytical skills to drive decision-making through metrics. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will ensure seamless workflows across multiple functions, supporting venues and producing partners nationwide.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, you'll be responsible for driving key operational initiatives, measuring performance through KPIs, and aligning operational efforts with TodayTix Group's business goals. This highly collaborative role will involve working closely with Product, Partner Success, and Finance teams to ensure processes support the growth of our live events and ticketing business.

About the Role:
We're seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented Operations Manager to ensure efficient, scalable operations that support our ticketing and live event business. Your expertise in box office systems, process improvement, and software integration will enable you to optimize partner success and streamline ticketing operations. You'll drive decision-making through metrics, improve partner, venue, and vendor collaboration, and ensure seamless workflows across multiple functions to support venues and producing partners nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ticketing & Process Improvement: Optimize operational workflows for live event ticketing, integrating systems, and enhancing customer experience.
- Metrics & Data Insights: Develop performance metrics and provide actionable insights through reports.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Collaborate cross-functionally and support partner success in live events.
- Industry Knowledge & Strategic Planning: Stay updated on trends, contribute to strategic planning, and represent TTG at events.
- Communication & Documentation: Lead meetings, maintain process documentation, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Team Leadership & Growth: Mentor team members and support hiring, onboarding, and organizational planning.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and location.
