We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Help Desk Technician to join our team at Entre Technology Services. This role involves providing top-notch technical support to small and medium-sized businesses across Montana, Wyoming, and beyond.

About the Job

As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, managing assigned tasks, documenting time spent and resolutions, and demonstrating patience to explain solutions to end-users.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized with excellent communication capabilities, both verbally and written, with the ability to thrive in an expanding team environment.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of general IT concepts, including Microsoft technologies, Active Directory, Domain and Group Policy Administration, and Windows network administration.

You will also be responsible for installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems in domain and workgroup environments, as well as supporting wired/wireless networks and basic networking protocols.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
