Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice.
  • Develop and implement quality growth initiatives to drive excellence in resident care.
  • Act as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, and families, promoting open communication and resolving conflicts.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Nurse with a current license in the state of Santa Fe.
  • Minimum two years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and understanding of best practices in nursing care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
