Qualifications:

Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of three years in healthcare or information technology is required, with SalesForce experience being advantageous.

Essential Skills: Comprehensive understanding of the business functions for which applications are designed. Proficiency in personal computers, computer pathways, database management, and relational databases. Familiarity with MDC's, DRG's, ICD-9 diagnosis, ICD-9 procedure codes, and CPT codes. Knowledge of chart abstraction processes, data storage, and querying from medical records systems. Ability to effectively present statistical information in a clear manner. Strong understanding of patient identification processes and components in patient management and accounting. Capability to complete both generic and department-specific skills successfully. Excellent communication skills, demonstrating tact and diplomacy. Ability to collaborate within teams and direct organized work efforts. Capacity to thrive in an environment with multiple and changing priorities. In-depth understanding of the function for which the software is designed. Ability to perform under deadlines and manage heavy workloads. Adaptability to a dynamic environment.
