Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sub-assembly and final assembly tasks on diverse mechanical and electrical products.
  • Utilize calibrated tools and machinery, along with engineering drawings and schematics, to perform assembly and mechanical functions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Communicate effectively with engineers and technicians to address assembly issues.
  • Perform ongoing inspections of products during the assembly process to ensure quality.
  • Safely lift and position assemblies, using overhead hoists or cranes as necessary.
  • Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while setting up and executing assembly operations.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with mechanical and electromechanical components.
  • Understand part prints, including tolerances and symbols, to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Travel may be required based on customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Entry-level or 1-2 years of assembly experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including routings and assembly drawings.
  • Strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
