Key Responsibilities

As a Credit Card Services Representative II, you will:

  • Address advanced inquiries related to credit, debit, and ATM cards via phone, serving as a key escalation point within the department.
  • Provide mentorship and training to fellow representatives, particularly in the areas of disputes and account management.
  • Ensure adherence to information protection protocols, maintaining confidentiality and security of member data.
  • Utilize various systems and applications essential for effective account maintenance, including FDR, Visa Resolve, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Conduct daily maintenance of system files to guarantee accurate member account postings.
  • Assist members and colleagues with account-related inquiries, offering viable alternatives when necessary.
  • Monitor and balance Card Services' general ledgers promptly, aiding in research and resolution of complex account issues.
  • Generate queries for monthly and ad hoc reporting to support management and other departments.
  • Propose enhancements to streamline processes and improve efficiency, while updating Standard Operating Procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
  • Act as a point of escalation for troubleshooting within the department, assisting in the resolution of intricate issues.
  • Support management in achieving the goals and mission of Card Services, exemplifying the values of our organization.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and training obligations, including BSA regulations relevant to the role.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
