Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, your duties will encompass:
- Handling incoming calls, directing inquiries, and recording messages
- Operating office equipment such as copiers and fax machines
- Providing accurate information regarding facilities and programs in a courteous manner
- Engaging effectively with patrons and professional staff
- Responding to emergencies as needed
- Managing cash transactions and adhering to cash handling protocols
- Enforcing policies and regulations for all members
- Performing light cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assisting with special events and activities
- Completing additional tasks as assigned
Applicants must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Mississippi University for Women.
Job Summary
This role involves working within the membership office, where you will be responsible for delivering information to members and guests about our facilities and programs, as well as facilitating the sale of memberships and program packages. The position requires managing daily cash flow and providing exceptional customer service.
