About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our team of technicians in providing exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring that our technicians have the resources and support they need to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technician schedules and ensure timely completion of service calls
  • Coach and mentor technicians to ensure they are performing at their best
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide accurate and timely job estimates
  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide professional and courteous service
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the heating and cooling industry
  • Vast knowledge of residential heating and cooling equipment
  • EPA certification
  • Completion of an HVAC training program
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
