We are a leading mobility enhancement company, renting, repairing, and servicing scooters, wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen, and other personal mobility equipment. Our services cater to travelers requiring equipment in over 2,500 locations across North America.
**Job Description:** As a Cruise Operations Support Specialist, you will be part of our team in Seattle, assisting with administrative and clerical tasks related to mobility equipment rentals for cruise ships and resorts.
The role involves:
- Assisting with port ID renewals and new staff requests.
- Providing emergency on-call support.
- Entering database information for equipment relocation and transfers.
$21 per hour
**Required Skills & Qualifications:** We seek candidates with:
- 3+ years of office support experience.
- Cruise industry knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
