Job Title: Law Partner

We are seeking an experienced law partner to join our team at Platinum Legal Search Group, LLC. As a law partner, you will be responsible for providing legal expertise and guidance to our clients in various areas of law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Lead complex M&A transactions, private equity deals, and corporate transactions.
  • Securities Law: Advise on securities law matters, including public offerings, private placements, and SEC reporting.
  • Private Equity: Represent private equity firms, startups, and growth equity investors in financing rounds, term sheets, and early-stage investments.
  • Capital Markets: Handle debt and equity offerings, IPOs, and secondary transactions.
  • Banking and Finance: Represent borrowers and lenders in general banking and finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance.
  • Corporate Governance: Advise public and private companies on corporate governance matters, including fiduciary duties, board matters, and SEC reporting requirements.
  • Project Finance: Lead project finance transactions, including energy, infrastructure, and real estate financing.
  • General Corporate: Advise on general corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Funds: Represent private equity and hedge fund formation and structuring.
  • Litigation: Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, trials, and appeals.
  • Intellectual Property: Represent clients in patent, trademark, copyright, and unfair competition litigation.
  • Construction and Accident: Handle construction accident cases, New York Labor Law claims, and general liability litigation.
  • Real Estate: Handle sophisticated real estate-related litigation and transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.
  • Trusts and Estates: Handle trusts and estates litigation, estate planning, and probate matters.
  • Labor and Employment: Advise clients on state and federal employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and Title VII.
  • Tax: Advise on corporate tax matters, estate and gift tax planning, and tax litigation.
  • Managed Care and Healthcare: Handle healthcare litigation, managed care disputes, and provider contracts.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in the relevant field.
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex transactions and litigation.
  • Strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
