Job Description

Raising Cane's is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence and upholding our standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute restaurant operations functions, including managing cash handling and ensuring accountability.
  • Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, and deploying crewmembers during a shift.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and utilize the reward and recognition program for crewmembers.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, with new restaurant opening experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
  • Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs.
