As a Summer Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking deadlines, reviewing property inspections, and ensuring accuracy in loan escrow disbursement requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and schedule your workload to meet benchmarks and deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service to lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders.
- Review and assess commercial property inspections conducted by third-party vendors and regional offices.
- Work with customers to resolve outstanding deferred maintenance issues.
- Review loan escrow disbursement requests and ensure accuracy.
- Participate in the Summer Intern Team Project and present to Senior Management.
- Attend weekly mentor meetings and networking sessions with Senior Management.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferably in finance, real estate, or accounting.
- Previous internship or office experience preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required.
