Compensation: $17-$20/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register patients, ensuring that all patient information is accurate and complete.
  • Process copays and outstanding patient balances as required.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and address patient inquiries or direct them to the relevant department or healthcare professional.
  • Gather and update patient information as necessary.
  • Support administrative duties such as data entry and maintaining patient records.

Compensation: $17-$20/hour
