Job Summary:
HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with our healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work a 2-week rotating schedule, including nights and weekends.
• COVID-19 vaccination and state-specific mandated boosters required.
