We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of associates to achieve store goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* **Sales and Revenue Growth**: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

* **Customer Service**: Foster a customer-centric environment that ensures every guest has an exceptional shopping experience.

* **Merchandise Management**: Ensure merchandise is presented in a visually appealing manner, meeting corporate standards and creating an engaging shopping experience.

* **Leadership and Development**: Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to associates to enhance their skills and performance.

* **Communication and Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with the store manager, associates, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless store operations.

**Requirements**

* 2-3 years of progressively responsible retail experience, with at least 1 year of supervision experience.

* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, coach, and mentor associates.

* Ability to analyze financial information, make decisions, and problem-solve.

* Possess excellent communication, organization, and computer skills.

* Must be 21 years of age.

* Ability to relocate for future growth and promotional opportunities.
