Job Title: Seasonal Retail Associate

Canada Goose Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate to join our team at The Mall at Short Hills for the holiday season (mid-August to January). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every guest.
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets, contributing to driving store results.
  • Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
  • Support upkeeping the overall physical store maintenance, standards, and cleanliness.
  • Effectively organize the stock room and efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments in support of delivering a seamless customer journey.
  • Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge.
  • Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
  • Bonus points for previous experience working with luxury brands in high-volume locations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and must be flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-orientated environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in another language, Mandarin speaking preferred
