  • Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to reflect our brand's image.
  • Support the sales and operations teams with packaging, cleaning, and restocking tasks.
  • Assist with inventory management, including office supplies, packaging materials, and stationery.
  • Identify and report any issues with client jewelry or packaging.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role in a customer service environment, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing situations, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in various roles and non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
