Blood Donor Program Job Description

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients of all ages.
  • Identify patients and procure samples.
  • Provide excellent donor care and ensure a positive experience for all donors.
  • Perform phlebotomy and apheresis donations.
  • Label sample tubes and collection packs, and complete all records.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA guidelines and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Formal phlebotomy training required.
  • Apheresis experience preferred.
  • 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
