Responsibilities

  • Interview patients, record vital information, and update patient charts as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing medical records.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information.
  • Support the office coordinator and physician liaison, communicating effectively to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with experience in medical administration.
  • Proven working experience as a medical assistant, with knowledge of medical terminology and office management systems.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.

Salary Information
