Server - Hospitality Expert

Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by providing personalized service and attention to detail.
- Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our menu, with the ability to answer questions and make suggestions.
- Take orders, serve dining guests, and process payment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep designated service stations clean and organized, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
- Respond urgently and appropriately to guests' needs, always maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms, reflecting positively on our restaurant and its values.
- Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems or concerns.
- Conclude the guest experience by acknowledging their choice of establishment and inviting them to return.
- Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift, ensuring a seamless service experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 6-months serving experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine).
- A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells, ensuring efficient service and minimizing wait times.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms, reflecting positively on our restaurant and its values.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 30 lbs.).
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
- Food Handler Certification.
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification.
