About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Bilingual Registered Nurse to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a key member of our medical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine donor eligibility accurately and in a timely manner, including proper management of informed consent, medical history interview, and physical examination.
  • Evaluate and manage donor reactions, following applicable SOPs and seeking guidance from the Center Physician as needed.
  • Manage donor deferral, reviewing test results and notifying donors of unsuitable test results.
  • Initiate and investigate Post Donation Information (PDI) and refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs as necessary.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed or certified in the state where duties will be assigned.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification required.
  • Fulfillment of state requirements for basic IV therapy.
  • Minimum of two years in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
