Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Press: Assist in the maintenance and operation of our production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Cylinder Inventory and Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, install, remove, and load/unload cylinders as needed, and maintain accurate records.
  • Cook Down Cycles and Adhesive Part Cycles: Monitor and control the cook down and adhesive part cycles to ensure high-quality production.
  • Chemical Inventories and Usage: Manage chemical inventories, track usage, and maintain a safe and organized storage area.
  • Raw and Hazardous Material Storage: Ensure the safe and secure storage of raw and hazardous materials, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
  • PRI Operations: Participate in the operation and maintenance of our PRI equipment, following established procedures and protocols.
  • Outside Bulk Storage Tanks: Monitor and maintain the outside bulk storage tanks, ensuring they are properly secured and functioning correctly.
Requirements
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems using standard procedures or alternative solutions.
  • RCRA Requirements: Maintain awareness, handling, and labeling of hazardous waste in accordance with RCRA regulations.
