**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated Clinical Program Manager RN to join our team at Ascension Seton in Austin, Texas.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday with an 8-hour schedule.

The Clinical Program Manager RN will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical programs, making recommendations, and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee program development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Make recommendations and act as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • Bachelors of nursing preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
