We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our enterprise customers, helping them to achieve the greatest value from AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on AWS services and solutions
  • Work with customers to identify and prioritize their technical needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of AWS services and solutions to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business and technical needs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and solutions to provide expert guidance to customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, and 2+ years of equivalent work experience or 4+ years of related work experience
  • 2+ years of technical engineering experience
  • Experience in Information Technology operations
  • Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars and ability to properly apply them to existing or new customer architecture, implementations, and/or solutions
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead
