Deep Cleaning and Sanitation Duties:

  • Utilize clean-in-place systems for technical equipment sanitation.
  • Change and clean air filters to maintain air quality.
  • Sanitize kitchen equipment, including refrigerators and storage areas.
  • Perform de-liming and descaling of water-contact equipment.
  • Ensure floor and sink drains are clear and functioning properly.
  • Disassemble and sanitize parts from kitchen machinery as needed.
  • Engage in general dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in custodial or sanitation roles.
  • Familiarity with safe handling of cleaning chemicals and adherence to guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Physical capability to bend, twist, and reach for cleaning tasks.
  • Comfortable working in varying environmental conditions.
  • Ability to remain mobile throughout the shift and lift weights exceeding 50 lbs.
