We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Busser to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a Restaurant Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining outlets by providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Station Set-up: Ensure that all stations are set up and ready for service, including stock supplies, linens, and equipment.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Assist servers with food and beverage service, including running food, removing used dishes, and setting tables.
  • Station Side Work: Perform side work duties, such as picking up linen, checking off and picking up storeroom supplies, and setting tables with clean, pressed linens, china, silver, and glassware.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, including pouring water, serving rolls and butter, and removing extra settings.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Language: Basic understanding and speech of English language.
  • Availability: Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on all holidays and weekends.
  • Physical Demands: Continuous standing, walking, and hand-eye coordination during the duration of your shift, carrying/lifting of 15 to 20 pounds.
  • Certifications: Must have or obtain Tips and ServeSafe certification prior to employment.
