Autism Intervention Specialist Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with Autism. As an Autism Intervention Specialist at Hopebridge in Louisville, KY, you will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.

Salary: $16.80 - $20 per hour based on experience and completion of RBT certification

About the Job:

  • Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
  • Learn directly from BCBAs to provide therapy that transforms lives
  • Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
  • Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
