Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Kitchen Manager to lead our back of house operations at Din Tai Fung. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and production growth, managing inventory and labor costs, and building a strong leadership team to support our stores and corporate team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and production strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage inventory and labor costs to ensure budgets are met
  • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team to support store and corporate operations
  • Partner with senior management and the management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales and production growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in Microsoft Office Suite and email
  • Positive and professional attitude
