We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Wound Care Specialist to join our team at Healing Partners. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional wound care services to our patients.
Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and evaluate resident and employee health care in long-term care settings.
- Examine and treat chronic and acute episodic wound-related illnesses and accidents, minor injuries, and accidents.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and recommend appropriate follow-up.
- Refer to and update physicians, write prescriptions, and perform bedside procedures associated with wound care.
- Work with the medical director in the care and treatment of residents and staff.
- Proof of Covid vaccination.
- Must be currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state.
- Current Active, unrestricted state APRN license or ability to obtain prior to hire.
- Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.
- Current approval by the Board of Nursing to perform medical acts.
- Master's degree of Nursing.
- Competitive salary: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
- Monday-Friday day schedule.
