Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Excellence Coordinator to join our team at Johnsonville. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business results and improving the quality of life for our members.

Responsibilities
  • Mentor manufacturing members in the facility through the Reliability Excellence Journey.
  • Execute key strategies that engage the membership and deliver results.
  • Promote the standard work process, culture, and implementation to enhance Johnsonville's Operational Excellence.
  • Work with Operational Leaders to impact and influence the organization through Reliability Excellence and interactions with other teams and leaders.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal learning by using and teaching current and emerging best practices in Reliability, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
  • Promote and demonstrate the use of Change Management.
  • Deploy Basic and Advanced Problem-Solving systems and tools within the facilities.
  • Analyze opportunities and guide actions around safety, quality, people, and productivity initiatives.
  • Identify trends and process variation in conjunction with the Operations Team.
  • Conduct facility gap assessments around reliability efforts.
  • Set goals and objectives to attain superlative performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years Reliability or Continuous Improvement experience with measurable results.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency with statistical analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully facilitate cross-functional projects in a team-based environment.
  • Project and Portfolio management experience.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Minitab.
  • Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with success on safety, quality, people, or productivity initiatives.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaborator who works toward personal, team, and company goals.
  • Demonstrated learning agility and curiosity.
  • Alignment with the Johnsonville Way.
