About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Dental Excellence Group. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional patient experiences and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our dental team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate patient understanding of treatment needs and advocate for their best interests
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow up on unscheduled treatment
  • Work closely with the doctor and patient to make informed treatment decisions
  • Provide exceptional patient education and discuss treatment plans
  • Maximize patient benefits and assist with insurance-related matters
  • Present financial options and secure payment arrangements
  • Support the business team member with various duties
Requirements
  • Experience in treatment coordinating
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of dentistry and treatment options
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
