Technical Product Manager III

At Blue Origin, we're revolutionizing space travel and exploration. As a Product Visionary for Digital Infrastructure, you'll play a critical role in shaping the digital foundation that enables our mission. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of innovative products that empower our teams and advance our vision for a future in space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with customer needs and Blue Origin's mission.
- Champion the customer's voice throughout the product lifecycle, engaging with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Own the product roadmap, making data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with UX, engineering, and customer teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Proactively identify potential risks to product performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, leading efforts to mitigate risks and ensure product stability and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4-6 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of managing products through their entire lifecycle from conception to launch and scale.
- Strong experience with Lean, Agile, and Scrum methodologies, and proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience working closely with UX design and software engineering teams, with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, make trade-offs, and evaluate new ideas.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and product prioritization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
