KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly greet incoming calls, delivering innovative solutions and assistance.
- Efficiently and proactively address client issues with ease.
- Act as a vital link by thoroughly reviewing new business applications, conducting policy assessments, and directing users to relevant knowledge resources.
- Utilize your keen eye for detail to verify necessary documents, payments, and charges, identify discrepancies, and implement corrections as needed.
- Foster customer loyalty by building and nurturing business relationships.
- Exceptional verbal communication and telephone skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM and proficient in 10-key operations (required).
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or call center roles (preferred).
- Familiarity with insurance processing is a plus (preferred).
