Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Manage third-party contract manufacturers within the CPG industry, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor scorecards.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee third-party logistics providers, identify potential conflicts, and partner with 3PL to resolve issues.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure adequate stock levels, and implement inventory control strategies.
- Quality Control: Monitor and investigate product quality issues, develop action plans, and recall products if necessary.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control operational costs, identify areas for cost reduction, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, implement improvements, and monitor key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business, or a related field.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP.
- Proven experience in operations management within the consumer goods industry.
- Microsoft 365 proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 annually
