Position Overview

As a Maintenance Supervisor at ARI Apartment Management, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards. Your leadership will guide a dedicated maintenance team in executing essential maintenance tasks, addressing service requests, and preparing units for new residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor maintenance personnel
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Maintenance Management:
    • Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure property aesthetics are upheld
    • Prepare residential units for occupancy
    • Evaluate vendor performance and manage service contracts
    • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards
    • Address maintenance emergencies and generate reports
  • Technical Skills:
    • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across the property
    • Assist in budget preparation and management
  • Professional Standards:
    • Comply with Fair Housing regulations
    • Represent ARI Apartment Management with professionalism
    • Deliver exceptional service to residents

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance roles
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
  • Valid driver's license and necessary certifications
