Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Property Manager in communicating with residents, both verbally and in writing, regarding maintenance requests, rent payments, and lease renewals.
  • Maintain accurate records in property management software for all maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion and adherence to estimated costs.
  • Assist with the lease renewal process, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and presented to tenants.
  • Prepare and coordinate the Move-In and Move-Out process with tenants, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Prepare notices and routine correspondence as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Respond to prospective residents interested in available properties, providing information and answering questions.
  • Communicate with residents throughout the rent collection process, ensuring timely payments and addressing any concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation of Security Deposit Disposition, adhering to all state laws and company policies.
  • Prepare leases, confirming all necessary addendums and attachments are included before presentation to tenants.
  • Ensure all property and tenant information is accurately documented in property management software.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License in SC.
  • Residential property management experience is preferred.
  • Operational vehicle for use on the job is required.
