Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Process sales transactions (cash, credit, debit, etc.)
    • Operate registers and other equipment
  • Store Maintenance
    • Ensure cleanliness of the facility (indoor and outdoor)
    • Assist with food/deli preparation
    • Maintain stock levels and inventory integrity
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Comply with Local, State, and Federal regulations for Tobacco, Alcohol, and Lottery sales

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School or equivalent
  • Previous Customer Service and/or Food Service experience
  • Previous Lottery Experience is beneficial
  • Cash handling experience & Basic math skills
