Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Professional to join our team as a seasonal employee. This role involves providing expert tax advice and support to clients, conducting tax interviews, preparing accurate tax returns, and generating business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients using virtual tools such as video, phone, chat, and email.
  • Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individual, trust, and partnership clients.
  • Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
  • Provide clients with IRS support, including audit representation for Circular 230 associates.
  • Mentor and support teammates to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
  • Experience completing complex returns, including individual, trust, and partnership returns.
  • Experience conducting virtual tax interviews and working with virtual tools.
  • Sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone, and in writing.
