Job Opportunity: Sales Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our insurance products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and uplines.
  • Consult with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Assist clients with the application process and ensure timely approvals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • State-approved Life Insurance License required or willingness to obtain.
