Position Overview:
We are seeking driven and goal-oriented individuals who excel in dynamic environments.

Sales Associates play a crucial role in increasing market presence among Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, Homeowners Associations, and Inspection Partners within a designated area.

These professionals will foster revenue growth by enhancing relationships with our current client base and identifying new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct engaging face-to-face presentations, meetings, and conference calls to generate revenue and identify sales opportunities while documenting partner needs.
  • Network and build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends and customer requirements to develop a robust sales pipeline aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage existing sales pipelines while actively pursuing new business prospects.
  • Lead the creation of proposals, presentations, and posts to cultivate business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Participate in internal sales meetings, providing updates on activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure offerings meet customer needs.
  • Research potential clients and establish connections for introductory meetings.
  • Plan and execute new sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend local events, conferences, and industry gatherings to expand professional networks.
  • Maintain CRM systems to track sales analytics and manage leads effectively.
  • Be available for evening and weekend networking events and trade shows, with potential overnight travel up to 50% for customer and team support.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in real estate or a related field.
  • High energy and a proactive sales mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach to sales processes.
  • Strong urgency and ownership mentality, with a commitment to exceeding goals.
  • Demonstrated confidence, curiosity, creativity, and adaptability.
  • Basic knowledge or a keen interest in real estate.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce.
