Program Manager

Capgemini Government Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to support our government clients. The successful applicant will be a direct liaison to the client product team and will be responsible for the supervision and management of all the Contractor's personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
- Supervise and manage all contractor personnel.
- Coordinate program and schedule management.
- Serve as the Transition Manager during transition-in and transition-out activities.
- Ensure flawless execution of project tasks and objectives.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Eligible to acquire and uphold Government Security Clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field.
- At least seven (7) years of demonstrated experience managing programs and projects of similar size.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing, or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in implementing Taxpayer Experience Platform.
- Experience in communicating with leadership of other contractors.
- Availability during normal hours of operation.
- Experience in coordinating, directing, and managing multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
- Demonstrable skill in effectively communicating with senior executives within a customer organization.
- Experience in meeting with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, and successfully implement in accordance with approved plans.
