Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Floor Staff member to join our team at Regal Entertainment. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all who visit our theatre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Upsell and promote premium viewing experiences, such as 3D and IMAX, to enhance the guest experience.
  • Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.
  • Manage crowd control, assist guests with finding seats, and enforce the MPAA rating system.
  • Conduct in-theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, and report any issues to management.
  • Perform cleaning duties, including auditoriums, restrooms, and other areas of the theatre.
Requirements
  • Completion of a cast certification program as a cast member and box office cashier, or progress towards completion.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and stand for long periods of time.
