The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 based on experience and qualifications.

This full-time RN position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced surgical environment, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring effective communication among healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to facility policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of nursing practices and patient safety.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program
  • Current state nursing license or permit to practice nursing in the State of Texas
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) upon hire and maintained throughout employment
  • ACLS certification within 3 months of hire and maintained throughout employment
  • PALS certification preferred
  • De-escalation training within 90 days of hire
